Summer Salad

Alternate layers of thinly sliced aged WaxinkMoon.com goat cheese with garden-ripe tomatoes, onions and sprinklings of fresh-chopped basil. Lightly drizzle olive oil and vinegar over all. Serve at room temperature and allow your sense of taste to be inspired!
